Recently, SDAU successfully held the Step into UNIDO youth activity in collaboration with the Eastern Regional Collaborative Center (Jinan) of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Investment and Technology Promotion Office (China, Beijing), attracting the active participation of 21 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students.

During the activity, the head of the Eastern Center elaborated on the overview of UNIDO and encouraged students to seize the opportunity to interact with international organizations, laying a solid foundation for their careers. Internship volunteers shared their experiences and insights on applying for and working in international organizations. Based on their professional backgrounds, the participating students engaged in in-depth discussions on the work content, application criteria, and internship opportunities within international organizations.

This activity demonstrates our university's commitment to cultivating high-level international talents with a sense of patriotism, an international perspective, and an understanding of international rules. It contributes to enhancing the level of international education and the development of disciplines. As a key force driving global industrial development, UNIDO and its Investment and Technology Promotion Office play a crucial role in attracting foreign investment, introducing technology, and upgrading industries in China.

In the future, our university plans to deepen cooperation with the Eastern Center and explore diverse forms of mutual development.
