At this meeting, Shandong Agricultural University hosted the parallel main forum of the high-end Forum of local agricultural cooperation academicians. At the high-end Forum of academicians of Local Agricultural Cooperation, academician experts conducted group discussions on two topics: smart agriculture and new quality productivity, food safety, nutrition and health, and agricultural science and technology innovation, and deeply analyzed the latest development trend of smart agriculture and its impact on the world economy and China's new development pattern. In-depth explanation of the driving role of agricultural scientific and technological innovation on food safety and nutrition and health industry, as well as the potential development direction of the current global food industry chain in the application of digital information technology and the challenges to be addressed.

At the Forum on the integration of Science, Industry and Education in modern agriculture, Academician of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences Mesterhadzi Akos Ferenc, academician of the Polish Academy of Sciences Piskula Mariusz Konad gave academic reports, President of the University of Novi Sad in Serbia Madic Dejan, Vice President of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University Luo Jun, Brani Arpad-Florian, president of Hungarian Panon Trading Co., LTD., and other agriculture-related universities, scientific research institutions and business representatives held in-depth discussions on education and technological innovation, education and industrial development.

In addition, the first member meeting of the China-CEEC Modern Agricultural Science and Education Innovation Alliance was held at the same time as the first council meeting, which reviewed the constitution of the China-CEEC Modern Agricultural Science and Education Innovation Alliance, elected Shandong Agricultural University as the secretary-general unit, and officially established the Agricultural Food Safety and Health Research Center of the China-CEEC Modern Agricultural Science and Education Innovation Alliance. As an overseas sub-forum of the High-end Forum for Academicians of Local Agricultural Cooperation, the "Seminar on Food Quality, Technology and Safety of the Fifth China-Serbia International Conference" was held simultaneously in Novi Sad, Serbia.

The alliance will follow the five principles of "open sharing, equal consultation, innovation-driven, cultural integration and win-win cooperation", make full use of the high-quality education, science and technology, talents and enterprise resources of the modern agricultural industry of the two sides, give full play to their respective advantages, build a regular exchange and cooperation platform for universities, research institutions and enterprises of the two sides, and jointly promote agricultural scientific and technological innovation, personnel training and sustainable agricultural development. We will actively contribute modern agriculture to the China-CEEC cooperation mechanism.

During the meeting, some members of the "China-CEEC Modern Agricultural Science and Education Innovation Alliance" visited Shandong Agricultural University, Yantai enterprises and Liaocheng Modern Facility Agricultural Industry Research Institute for field visits, exchanges and research.
