Recently, under the cooperation framework of the China-CEEC Modern Agricultural Science and Education Innovation Alliance, SDAU, relevant institutions from Bulgaria, and Xinfeng Group Agricultural Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for a quadrilateral cooperation agreement, with Vice President Lin Hai attending and signing the document.

Lin Hai expressed gratitude for the support from all parties, reviewed the alliance's development journey, and stated that this signing marked an important milestone in deepening practical cooperation. Plamen Panchev, Executive Director of TEZ in Bulgaria, looked forward to advancing cooperation to deeper and broader levels. Stanishev Momchil Emilov, Director of the Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China-Central and Eastern European Countries (APACCCEEC) , pledged to play a bridging role to facilitate the development of all four parties. Bai Donglin, Chairman of Xinfeng Group, shared practical experience and invited all parties for on-site visits to explore cooperation opportunities.

Based on multiple rounds of consultations, this agreement outlines the cooperation model and content, focusing on three key areas: establishing regular communication mechanisms, promoting joint training of agricultural innovation talents, and building a high-level academic exchange platform, aiming to forge a comprehensive cooperative relationship.
